All activities of TNT Logistics Co., Ltd are solely on the basis of the Commercial code of Viet Nam and relevant regulations in their most recent version. Limits the statutory liability incurred for damage to goods pursuant to Article 238 for damage occurring while goods are in the custody of the forwarder; in the case of multimodal transportation involving marine transport, the statutory liability is limited to 2 SDR/kg, or 666,67 SDR per case, depending on which amount is the greater.
We do not insure any shipment unless having received written instructions. Payment terms based on signed Agreement . All quotes are valid until further notice and can be changed without prior notification
